Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground choosing the most economical shipper for each order. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-7 business days. If you desire a different shipping service, just contact us at: Help@CustomBubbles.com with your request. (Additional charges may apply.)
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
All of our products are personalized just for you and can take time to poduce. During peak season we may get backed up and our suppliers may get back-ordered too. It is likely that we will ship items much sooner (most ship within 7 days), but we recommend that you order your items with plenty of time to spare. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships.
Need it Now?

Order Cancellations
Because all items are personalized and parts are ordered as they are needed, we can not allow cancellations once an order has begun. However, under certain rare circumstances we may be able to make an exception. Contact us for consideration: Help@CustomBubbles.com
Returns
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. To insure your order is correct, we e-mail proofs for your approval before shipping. Check your proof carefully, once you have approved it, changes can not be made.
We tripple-check each order for accuracy before shipping, but if by any fault of ours your order is incorrect, please call, text, or e-mail us within 7 days for resolution.
Personalized items may not be returned for a refund. All other items may be returned in their original quantities and packaging within 30 days for a refund. A 25% restocking will apply. Shipping can not be refunded.
